And it is vital that parents and students remember to measure not only financial packages, but how well a student could potentially do in college.

And how a student feels emotionally about a school can either help or hinder a student as they start college. A lot of students drop out or flunk classes because of emotional issues that crop up. Not being comfortable with the campus and the school would definitely make graduating a harder-fought battle.

In a perfect world, students would be offered a full-ride at a school they want to attend. Unfortunately, life isn’t perfect.
